Please use the course registration form to make your accommodation reservation. Secretariat will confirm your reservation by fax or e-mail and payment for the hotel will be handled according to that confirmation. 

Hotel Dorpat is the largest hotel in Tartu, located in the city centre, on the banks of the River Emajõgi. The hotel is situated only 200 m from course venue - Dorpat Convention Centre. The hotel restaurant and foyer are covered with free WiFi. Internet connection is available in all rooms and is free of charge.

Hotel Pallas*** is located in the city centre. The rooms of hotel are situated on the upper three floors of Hansakeskus, and offer a magnificent view of the city. Internet connection is available in all rooms. Parking lot for the visitors is behind the hotel.

Hotel London**** is situated in the very heart of Tartu, only few metres from Town Hall and Tartu University. In all the rooms there is internet connection.

Please note that a special prices has been negotiated for your benefit. Special price is valid only if paid full in advance to the Secretariat by 15 May 2010.

Accommodation cancellation and refund policy

All cancellations must be sent to Secretariat in writing either by fax (+372 740 4094) or by e-mail (info@lapub.ee). Upon receipt of this request, the Secretariat will confirm the cancellation in writing.

Cancellations/changes received up to 30 days prior to arrival - full refund (except 35 EUR for handling fee).

Cancellations/changes received less than 14 days prior to arrival - no refund will be made.

In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and full payment will be non-refundable.
